We’ll begin by focusing on increasing the nutrient density of our meals and improving digestive strength while preparing the kidneys, and bowels for proper detoxification. WEEK TWO

Our focus for week two includes priming our drainage pathways and enhancing lymphatic flow to ensure toxins are effectively moved out of the body. With these pathways open and nutrient levels optimized, we’ll turn our attention to increasing glutathione synthesis—the body’s master antioxidant. Glutathione is essential for supporting each phase of detoxification and priming the liver for efficient toxin processing.

WEEK THREE

Bind Toxins & Up-regulate Liver Detoxification

Now that our bodies are more efficiently excreting toxins, we’ll introduce a targeted binder to further assist in capturing and removing mobilized toxins from the digestive tract. This specialized binder is selected for its ability to latch onto specific compounds, ensuring they’re safely carried out of the body minimizing the risk of reabsorption. We’ll also be intentionally up-regulating the phases of liver detoxification, in reverse order, to ensure toxins are safely excreted.
